The Notification Centre is the next step in keeping you informed, ahead and in control of everything that matters across your saved profiles. Every relevant update is brought into a single, in-app hub — so the moment you log in you know exactly what’s changed since your last visit and can act on it in seconds.
What is the Notification Centre?
The Notification Centre is a centralised, always-accessible alerting panel built directly into the platform. Modelled on the notification systems you already know from everyday apps, it surfaces relevant updates as soon as they happen — and gives you a one-click route into the area of the product where the new data lives.
Where to find it
Look for the bell icon in the top menu bar, to the left of your name. A small badge counter tells you at a glance how many of your saved profiles have new updates — so you’re informed before you’ve clicked anything. Click the bell and a panel opens over your current page — you stay where you are, no navigating away.
Inside the Notification Centre
Three tabs make it easy to find what you need:
- Opportunities — the default tab. New tenders matching your saved Contract Searches
- Spend — new spend activity for the supplier and buyer profiles you have saved in Spend Analysis.
- Intel — new market intelligence, market leads and relevant news for your saved profiles.
Inside each tab, your saved profiles are shown as cards in the order you most recently created or edited them. Profiles with new data are highlighted; profiles with no new updates are marked “up to date” but still available as fast shortcuts straight to that area of the platform.
How it works
- Smart badge counter — the badge shows how many of your saved profiles have new updates, not the total number of new items, so you never see overwhelming numbers.
- One-click navigation — click a card to be taken directly to the relevant area of the platform; that profile is then marked “up to date” and the highlight is removed.
- Mark all as read — clear notifications across all three tabs at once with a single click.
- Stay in flow — click anywhere outside the panel to close it and pick up where you left off.
