Our continuous cleansing and de-duplication means you’re always working with the most reliable intelligence available.
Because in the public sector, the difference between winning and losing often comes down to one thing: certainty. The BI platform gives you that certainty, so you can pursue growth with precision, confidence, and strategic advantage.
Our latest update covers three specific improvements: adding awardee names where they were originally withheld, merging duplicate supplier records, and linking awards to spend data within Spend Analysis.
What this means for you
More complete awardee information
Award notices don’t always name the winning supplier. Where that information is published elsewhere, we now add it in to our platform. This applies to award notices across across the app.
One record per supplier
The same supplier can appear under different name variations. These are now grouped under one name, so you see all of a supplier’s awards together rather than needing to search under multiple variations.
Awards connected to spend
Within Spend Analysis, awards are now linked to related spend data, so you can see the connection between what was awarded and what was actually spent.
What’s new
- Withheld Awardee Names: where an award notice doesn’t name the winning supplier, we check whether that information is published elsewhere (the framework owner’s website or attachment documents) and add it in, across every award in the app.
- Awardee Duplication: where the same supplier appears under different name variations, we group these under one name, so all of their awards can be linked correctly within Spend Analysis.
- Award to Spend Linking: within Spend Analysis, awards are now linked to related spend data.
