Introducing Contract Lifecycle — our latest feature update
Contract information is more valuable when you can see how each stage connects. Contract Lifecycle brings related procurement activity together, helping you follow the complete contract journey for contracts within the Frameworks module — without piecing it together yourself from separate records.
What is new?
- A chronological lifecycle view from prior information notice through to award.
- The latest amendment shown first by default.
- Previous versions retained and available on demand.
- Automatic availability for eligible DynamIQ and AnalytIQ customers — nothing to switch on.
Why is this important?
Separate records can make an opportunity difficult to follow. Connected lifecycle information gives you the context to understand where an opportunity started, how it developed and what has changed. This reduces manual cross-checking and supports earlier, better-informed decisions.
See it in practice
Say a Frameworks contract you’re tracking is republished with an amended closing date. Previously, that amendment could show up as a new, separate record, meaning a second alert, and a manual check to confirm it’s the same opportunity. With Contract Lifecycle, that amendment is recognised as part of the same contract’s story: the updated version is shown first, the original notice and any prior amendments stay attached underneath it.
How it works
The platform associates related lifecycle stages, pipeline notice, market engagement, tender, award and amendments, so they can be presented in sequence against the same contract. When a notice is republished as an amendment rather than a new record, the current version is shown first and earlier versions remain available underneath it, timestamped, so you can see exactly what changed and when.
Where to find it
The capability is live for contracts within the Frameworks module for eligible DynamIQ and AnalytIQ customers. Wider platform coverage is coming soon with the launch of our brand new Opportunity Search.
